For drivers
DockRate is only as good as the reports drivers submit. These rules keep facility information useful, safe and fair.
Write about facilities you actually visited. Describe what happened on your stop — the gate you used, the wait you had, how the docks were.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or explicit material, or targeted attacks on staff or other drivers. Criticise the process, not the person.
Do not post names of individual employees, phone numbers, home addresses, or anything that identifies a private person.
Do not present yourself as another driver, a facility, a carrier or DockRate staff.
One honest review per visit. Do not post repeat reviews, coordinate ratings, or submit reviews on behalf of a facility or competitor.
Photograph the approach, gate, signage and dock area. Do not upload photos you did not take or are not allowed to share.
Avoid faces, license plates, shipment paperwork, BOLs, gate or access codes, security equipment and confidential freight information.
No recruiting posts, promotions, referral links or off-topic content.
Any review, photo or facility report can be reported from inside the app. Reported content goes to a moderation queue where it is reviewed against these guidelines. Facility corrections are reviewed before they change what other drivers see.
Alongside reporting, DockRate lets you block another driver from inside the app. Once blocked, you no longer see that driver's reviews or nearby-driver presence. The blocked driver is not notified. Blocking is separate from reporting—you can do either or both.
Content that breaks these guidelines may be hidden or removed. Repeated or serious violations — including rating manipulation, harassment or posting confidential freight information — can result in account suspension or termination.
If you believe content was removed or your account was actioned in error, contact support@getdockrate.com with the facility name and the date of the submission, or use the contact page. Expected response time: 24–48 business hours.
