Your data and privacy choices

How location access works

DockRate uses location only to show facilities near you. iOS lets you choose approximate or precise location, and you can decline location entirely and search by name or address instead. Location is requested while you are using the app.

Change iOS permissions

On iPhone: Settings → scroll to DockRate → Location. Choose Never, Ask Next Time, or While Using the App, and toggle Precise Location. Changes take effect immediately.

Request a copy of your data

Email the privacy contact below from the address on your account with the subject 'Data access request'. We will confirm your identity before releasing anything.

Correct your account data

Profile details can be edited in the app. If something cannot be corrected there — for example an email address you no longer control — contact privacy support with the correction.

Withdraw optional communication consent

Optional product and waitlist emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy support. Essential service messages — such as security or account notices — are not optional.

Begin an account-deletion request

Deletion permanently removes your account and associated content. You can also delete your account from inside the iOS app.
